.DISCUSSION...The warm and dry conditions continue Thursday and
Friday with highs in the high 70s and min RHs in the 30s.
Overnight recoveries are expected to be good. Northwesterly gusts
of up to 10-15 mph are possible in the afternoon in unsheltered
areas. A system moving through the Pacific Northwest may bring
cloud cover and higher afternoon RHs Sunday.
