.DISCUSSION...Dry, sunny weather is forecast today with breezy
afternoon winds from the southwest expected to develop around
noon. Gusts may reach around 15 mph. These winds ease later into
the evening. Coastal stratus may reach the Klamath River Valley
again tonight as a deep marine layer remains in place. RH
recoveries are expected to be good, even if the stratus does not
make it. Any stratus will likely retreat by mid morning bringing
dry, warm conditions again. Afternoon humidities are forecast to
drop into the 20s despite the overnight stratus. Breezy winds are
likely again Friday afternoon with winds increasing around noon
and gusts possibly to 15 mph.
