.DISCUSSION...Northerly winds begin to ease by 9pm to around 7mph, turning
west just before midnight tonight and coming back around to northerly at 5mph
a few hours later. Overnight recovery RH values range 59% - 80% into Friday morning.
The low RH value for Friday will bottom out at 20% with highest temp around 70F in
the late afternoon. Winds out of the north at 5mph Friday morning, building to around
7mph by the afternoon, easing to around 5mph by the evening with a WNW bearing. RH
recoveries overnight into Saturday range 38% - 71% with WNW winds around 2mph, building
to 5- 6mph by the afternoon and veering more towards the NW. Low RH values for Saturday
will be around 19% in the late afternoon with high temp around 80F.
