.DISCUSSION...Early Wednesday morning, frost is possible with
temperatures near 36 degrees. As the day moves on, moisture will
increase along with cloud cover. Rain is possible by late
Wednesday evening. Rain will continue into Thursday morning with
the potential for snow mixing in by early to mid Thursday morning.
Precipitation is expected to end by Thursday afternoon. Southerly
winds will slightly pick up into Thursday morning with winds
getting lighter and turning more westerly to northerly by late
Thursday.
