.DISCUSSION...High pressure remain over the area promoting dry
weather conditions. Increasing high level moisture is expected
throughout the day today as a upper-level shortwave trough and
associated cold front approaches the area. Daytime humidity is
forecast to be around 67 percent, with increasing overnight RH
recoveries around 70 percent. Winds will be light and variable
today. Saturday, increasing chance of precipitation during the
afternoon (around 20%) and evening (around 35%) as a negatively
tilted trough push onshore. Light rain showers are expected late
in the afternoon and continue into Sunday with a nearly stationary
cold front offshore. Winds will become southwest on Saturday
around 5 mph. More rain and increasing south winds are expected
late in the weekend as the aforementioned front moves onshore.
