.DISCUSSION...Hot and dry conditions continue into the weekend,
with Min RHs in the 20s with poor overnight recoveries in the
thermal belt. Northwest winds may be breezy in the afternoon
today, especially in more exposed areas, but these will ease in
the evening. Friday, winds shift southerly and remain fairly
light, around 5 to 10 mph, with both slightly warmer and drier
conditions forecast, with RHs down into the teens.
