.DISCUSSION...Southwesterly winds continue to build through the late afternoon,
from 8-9mph sustained to 12-14mph by 2pm with gusts up to 20mph. The lowest RH values this afternoon
around 22% with a high temp around 93-95F. Winds ease before sunset from 11mph to 5mph out of the SSW.
Winds ease calm to 1mph, variable but mostly southerly. Overnight recovery RH values range 40%-86% into
Thursday morning with calm to light winds at dawn out of the west building late morning 8-10mph
out of the WSW and continuing to strengthen 11-12mph by 2-3pm. Minimum RH bottoms out at 34% with a high temp
of 84-86F. Winds ease before midnight around 2mph, initially northerly veering ENE by 2-3am early Friday
morning. Overnight RH recovery values range 50%-89% overnight into Friday.
