.DISCUSSION...Dry conditions will persist through Tuesday as a ridge
of high pressure builds over the west coast. Winds will generally be
light with limited mixing expected on Tuesday. Better mixing is
expected on Wednesday with an approaching front. However, this front
will also bring an increasing chance of rain Wednesday morning, with
a 50% chance of wetting rains during the day Wednesday.
