.DISCUSSION...An upper level trough is expected to keep the marine layer
deep and temperatures slightly below normal. RH recoveries will be good
in the valleys and moderate on the ridges. It looks like the site will
behave more like the valleys with fairly good recoveries, but there is
some uncertainty on this. The pattern is expected to persist into
early next weeks.
