.DISCUSSION...Unseasonably cool weather will peak today with highs
only in the mid 70s. Minimum RH will be around 25 percent. Similar
to Thursday, there will be another enhanced marine push in the
afternoon with gusts near 20 mph in exposed areas from the west.
Mixing will generally be poor. Heat will quickly begin to rebuild
this weekend with highs in the 80s and RH dropping back below 20
percent. Overnight RH recoveries will worsen at mid and high
elevations as overnight inversions strengthen through the
weekend.
