.DISCUSSION...Gusty NE winds around 16-18mph with gusts 25-28mph, ease after dawn to around 10-11mph. Winds
fall off considerably before noon and switch to a SSW bearing around 1-2mph, slightly building by the late afternoon
to around 5mph and again easing by the evening to around 3mph. By sunset winds veer westerly at a near calm 0-1mph.
Overnight RH values as of 4am hover around 40% or less and will hang around that nominal range, dipping to the lowest
RH minimum of the day at 32% or so. High temp for Saturday 90-91F. Temperatures overnight into Sunday remain around 69-72F with
overnight RH values ranging 39%-48%. Light to calm  winds from the west overnight.
