Breezy offshore winds will develop Monday night with some gusts to 20 to 25 mph. There will be lingering wraparound moisture Tuesday, but shower development will be south of this zone. Starting Tuesday, winds will be light, diurnally and terrain driven. Daytime highs will rise to above normal levels as high pressure builds in through late this week.
