rain with locally heavy rainfall. Enhanced southeast wind are
also by the evening. A secondary pulse will bring widespread rain
is expected by Tuesday afternoon. Gusts of 25-35 mph are expected
to developed along the North Coast Tuesday evening, with strongest
winds over the higher terrain in Del Norte County. Stronger storm
conditions are likely later in the week.
