.DISCUSSION...Hot and very dry weather will begin to peak today with
the hottest valleys reaching over 110 with exceptionally dry RH
in the single digits. Overnight recoveries will also become
increasingly poor at mid and upper elevations as low as 30 percent.
Marine influence will shallow and become restricted to the coast.
Similar hot and dry conditions will continue through the weekend.
There is a very slight chance (5-10%) of dry thunderstorms over
the Trinity Alps Sunday. Thunderstorm chances over high terrain
will increase early next week but any storms will also become
increasingly wet.
