.DISCUSSION...RH recoveries will remain high. A warm front will
increase cloud cover today and will bring chances for light
drizzle tonight. Temperatures will rise back up to near or above
normal on Thursday. Breezy northwest winds are expected each
afternoon, with gusts from 20 to 30 mph along the coast and
exposed ridges. Potential for very light rain or light drizzle
returns late Friday night into Saturday for the northern portion
of the forecast area, especially in Del Norte. Chances for a
wetting rain have dropped to 40% or less for mainly Del Norte.
Northwest winds are expected to strengthen this weekend,
particularly Sunday. Warmer weather will return next week, with
more chances for weak, clipping weather systems bringing a shower
or periods of drizzle, but likely not a wetting rain.
