INTERIOR ZONES TODAY...
.DISCUSSION...Hot and drier weather conditions are expected
through Tuesday with generally weak, terrain-driven wind with low
mixing heights. Interior highs peak in excess of 100 today across
the eastern portion of the forecast area, especially in Trinity
County. Daytime RH is forecast continue in the teens and perhaps
even the single digits, especially in Trinity County. Marine
influence will be restricted to only the immediate coast. Dry
weather will continue next week, but with a gradual cooling trend
and improved RH recoveries by mid to late week. On Thursday, an
elevated fire weather threat is possible with enhanced onshore
winds and low daytime RH in the teens and 20`s, especially in Lake
County.
