.DISCUSSION...Warmer and drier conditions will continue to build
into the first half of the week with interior valleys warming
back into the mid 80s with RH around 20 percent. Strengthening
thermal belts will promote poor overnight RH recovery at high
elevations. Winds will generally be gentle and from the east
through Tuesday. COnditions will begin to ease around midweek.
Light rain is likely around Friday into the weekend, with the
greatest potential right along the North Coast.
