increase later tonight in advance of a front that will generate widespread
light to moderate rain. Heavier rainfall will be localized to SW Humboldt
and NW Mendocino as well as Del Norte through the weekend. High mountain
snow and gusty winds are expected to continue through the weekend into
early next week.
