.DISCUSSION...Moist conditions with mild temperatures and locally gusty
southerly winds are forecast for today. Periods of rain this morning
will diminish through the day and briefly end tonight before increasing
again on Monday. Another stronger pressure system will spin up offshore
tonight, bringing drying southeasterly winds. Strong south to southwesterly
winds are forecast on Monday with frontal passage. Conditions will dry
out on Tuesday and remain dry with warmer temperatures into Wednesday.
