.DISCUSSION...Diurnal breezes with low afternoon humidity are
forecast for the coming days as high pressure builds offshore.
Stronger northerlies are also expected for the coastal ranges,
however humidity is expected to remain generally high. Interior high
temperatures are forecast to remain near to slightly above seasonal
averages. Early next week, below normal temperatures and breezier
westerly and northwesterly winds are expected as a trough drops down
from the northwest. Slightly stronger (20-30 mph) westerly winds are
possible in Lake and Mendocino counties early next week. Low confidence
for light precip and slight chance of thunder, potentially reaching into
northern Trinity and eastern Del Norte early next week.
