.DISCUSSION...A cold front moving through is expected to bring
strong southerly winds and periods of light rain this afternoon
and evening. Gusts of 40 to 50 mph are expected in Humboldt and
Del Norte county in the higher terrain with lighter winds
elsewhere. Occasional showers continue Wednesday eventually
tapering off on Thursday. Dry weather and offshore winds are
expected Friday through early next week.
