.DISCUSSION...A troughing pattern has brought a deep marine
layer with marine stratus reaching farther inland. Below normal
interior temperatures of 80s to low 90s are forecast for the next
week as the troughing pattern continues. Afternoon RHs are
forecast to drop into the 20s and 30s. Overnight recoveries are
forecast to be good to excellent in the lower elevations and good
to moderate in the higher elevations.
