...FLOOD WATCH IS CANCELLED...

The Flood Watch is cancelled for a portion of northwest California,
including the following areas, Coastal Del Norte, Del Norte
Interior, Mendocino Coast, Northeastern Mendocino Interior, Northern
Humboldt Coast, Northern Humboldt Interior, Northwestern Mendocino
Interior, Southeastern Mendocino Interior, Southern Humboldt
Interior, Southern Trinity, Southwestern Humboldt and Southwestern
Mendocino Interior.

Flooding is no longer expected to pose a threat. Please continue to
heed remaining road closures.

...FLOOD WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 10 PM PST THIS EVENING...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
  possible.

* WHERE...A portion of northwest California, including the following
  areas, Northern Lake and Southern Lake.

* WHEN...Until 10 PM PST this evening.

* IMPACTS...There will be an increased risk of rock and land slides
  along roadways. Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
  creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
  Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding may occur
  in poor drainage and urban areas. Low-water crossings may be
  flooded. Storm drains and ditches may become clogged with debris.
  Extensive street flooding and flooding of creeks and rivers are
  possible. Area creeks and streams are running high and could flood
  with more heavy rain.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - An additional 1 to 2 inches of rainfall is expected through
    this evening.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

You should monitor later forecasts and be alert for possible Flood
Warnings. Those living in areas prone to flooding should be prepared
to take action should flooding develop.
