.SYNOPSIS FOR NORTHERN CALIFORNIA WATERS...Gale force gusts
continue north of Cape Mendocino and around Pt St George this
afternoon, but are beginning to diminish south of the Cape. Seas
remain large and steep outside of the southern inner waters.
Friday the stronger winds continue to push farther off the coast
with gentle to moderate winds expected through the weekend.
