.SYNOPSIS FOR NORTHERN CALIFORNIA WATERS...A threat for
thunderstorms and strong gusty erratic winds will persist today as
a decaying low pressure system slowly tracks toward the waters.
Gusty shower activity may continue overnight Friday and possibly
into Saturday morning, before more stable conditions and northerly
winds build by Sunday. A northwest swell around 4 to 6 ft at 10
seconds Friday will likely build to 5 to 7 ft on Sunday.
