.SYNOPSIS FOR NORTHERN CALIFORNIA WATERS...Northerlies remain
strong early this week, bringing fresh to strong breezes and
steep, short seas to the outer waters. Winds will be strongest
with near gale force gusts downwind of Cape Blanco, Point Saint
George, and Cape Mendocino. Seas will be steep and hazardous to
small crafts in the inner waters as well. Winds to diminish
Wednesday afternoon and remain light Thursday and Friday.
