.SYNOPSIS FOR NORTHERN CALIFORNIA WATERS...Fresh northerly
breezes remain for the outer waters with the strongest winds
south of Cape Mendocino. Short period wind waves have built over 8
feet in response with some waves up to 6 feet pushing into the
inner waters. Similar conditions will continue through Monday
with some near gale conditions int he southern out waters
possible by Tuesday morning. North winds will most likely weaken
late in the week as a front approaches the area.
