.SYNOPSIS FOR NORTHERN CALIFORNIA WATERS...Northerlies remain
strong to near gale force through early Wednesday. Local areas of
southerly winds are possible near the coast. Winds will be
strongest with near gale force gusts downwind of Cape Blanco,
Point Saint George, and Cape Mendocino. Seas will be steep and
hazardous to small crafts in the inner waters, as well. Winds to
diminish Wednesday afternoon and remain light Thursday. Friday
northerly winds are expected to return and gradually strengthen
into the weekend.
