.SYNOPSIS FOR NORTHERN CALIFORNIA WATERS...Given the latest trend
of a slower arrival of the strong front and developing surface low
over the southern coastal waters, and observations showing wind
gusts to 37 kts in the inner zones, the Gale warnings have been
extended from the late morning for the northern waters and into
the early afternoon for the southern zones. Winds and seas will
improve late this afternoon. An additional strong weather system
will bring gale strength southerlies Thursday night through Friday,
with an even stronger system for Saturday night through Sunday.
