.SYNOPSIS FOR NORTHERN CALIFORNIA WATERS...Northerly winds will
gradually diminish through the day. Generally light to moderate
breezes are expected by the afternoon, with very light and
variable winds nearshore. A long period NW swell to build and
peak this afternoon. Southerly winds will develop briefly across
the outer waters as a weak frontal system moves through early
Sunday, before shifting to northerlies. Northerly winds are
forecast to increase again on tomorrow and continue strengthening
through early next week as a larger swell arrives.
