.SYNOPSIS FOR NORTHERN CALIFORNIA WATERS...Generally light and
variable winds are expected for the waters through much of today.
Northerlies and steep waves increase again this evening through
Wednesday. Also a longer mid period northwest swell will fill in
Wednesday at 3 to 5 feet at 12 to 13 seconds. On Thursday, southerly
winds are forecast to develop and increase through Friday.
