.SYNOPSIS FOR NORTHERN CALIFORNIA WATERS...Northerly winds are
building again, and peak early Friday with near-gale force gusts
in the lee of Cape Blanco and Cape Mendocino. Winds ease again
Friday afternoon as a trough approaches to the north, but will
remain breezy south of Cape Mendocino through early Saturday.
Breezy northerlies return Sunday.
