.SYNOPSIS FOR NORTHERN CALIFORNIA WATERS...Light to gentle breezes
will turn northerly across all waters by late this afternoon as
high pressure builds offshore. The onshore pressure gradient
between the eastern Pacific high and the interior thermal low will
strengthen tonight into early next week, bringing fresh to strong
northerly winds and steep seas to the outer waters. Winds are
expected to diminish Wednesday late in the day and remain light
Thursday and Friday.
