.SYNOPSIS FOR NORTHERN CALIFORNIA WATERS...An offshore high-
pressure system interacting with an inland thermal low will
maintain strengthening northerly winds across the southern waters
through Monday. Winds will temporarily ease Wednesday as a thermal
trough moves over the coast to generate offshore flow, before
northerlies re-strengthen late Thursday. A long-period southerly
swell from Hurricane Marie will persist across all waters through
early Monday night.
