.SYNOPSIS FOR NORTHERN CALIFORNIA WATERS...Strong gales with a
few gusts to storm force continue in the outer waters. Closer to
the coast it varies more with lighter winds and waves south from
Shelter Cove. These winds continue to be near gale to gale on
Wednesday. Thursday the stronger winds start to push off the coast
with gales limited to the northern waters. Winds continue to
diminish Friday and Saturday.
