.SYNOPSIS FOR NORTHERN CALIFORNIA WATERS...Northerly winds remain
strengthened across the waters. The stronger winds and larger
short period seas will remain around and south of Cape Mendocino
where some localized areas of gale conditions will develop. A
small long period southerly swell is also in the waters. A ridge
of high pressure will strengthen through the weekend, bringing
increased chances for gale strength northerlies in most of the
waters.
