.SYNOPSIS FOR NORTHERN CALIFORNIA WATERS...Strong, advisory level northerly
winds and steep seas continue around and south of Cape Mendocino.
Northerly winds increase significantly this weekend bringing gale
strength northerly winds in the outer waters, around Cape
Mendocino, and Pt. St. George. Gale force winds continue through
early Tuesday.
