.SYNOPSIS FOR NORTHERN CALIFORNIA WATERS...Northerly winds will
continue to diminish overnight into Tuesday. The westerly swell
continues to diminish as well. Light winds and small seas are
expected for much of Tuesday and Wednesday. Wednesday afternoon
through early Thursday will see a brief period southerly winds in
some areas with stronger northerly winds starting Friday.
