.SYNOPSIS FOR NORTHERN CALIFORNIA WATERS...Winds will be light
over the waters outside of the stronger northerlies around Cape
Mendocino. Seas will be a mix of a small northwest swell and a
couple of long period southerly swells. Northerly winds increase
across the waters Tuesday, with localized gale conditions likely
around and south of Cape Mendocino.
