northerly breezes winds will persist tonight and Saturday with the
strongest winds south of Cape Mendocino. Winds will decrease
and become southerly on Sunday as a weak frontal system moves
through the Pacific Northwest. Northerly winds are expected to
return on Monday and into next week.
