.SYNOPSIS FOR NORTHERN CALIFORNIA WATERS...Northerly winds
strengthen across the waters Monday. Winds will temporarily ease
Wednesday as a thermal trough moves over the coast to generate
offshore flow, before northerlies re- strengthen late Thursday. A
long- period southerly swell from Hurricane Marie will persist
across all waters, slowly subsiding through the week.
