.SYNOPSIS FOR NORTHERN CALIFORNIA WATERS...Moderate to strong
northerly breezes will continue to diminish to more gentle to
fresh breezes through late tonight with the strongest winds still
in the lee of Cape Mendocino. Winds will decrease and become
southerly by early Sunday morning as a weak frontal system moves
through the Pacific Northwest. Northerly winds are expected to
return on Monday and into next week.
