.SYNOPSIS FOR NORTHERN CALIFORNIA WATERS...Strong to Gale force
northerlies continue today with the strongest winds in the
northern waters. Gentle southerly winds will spread north within
5 to 10 miles of the coast today and through the day Sunday.
Steep seas outside the strongest winds will gradually ease, but
are likely to remain elevated and steep through this afternoon.
Conditions continue to improve Sunday into early next week as the
strongest winds push offshore. Stronger northerlies are expected
again around the middle of next week.
