.SYNOPSIS FOR NORTHERN CALIFORNIA WATERS...Southerly to southeasterly
winds will increase tonight in advance of an approaching frontal system.
Strong winds gust from 35 to 45 kt associated with isolated to scattered
thunderstorms will be possible (20% chance) late tonight into early
Friday morning. This threat for thunderstorms and strong gusty erratic
winds will persist through the day on Friday as a decaying low pressure
system slowly tracks into the northern waters. Gusty shower activity
may continue overnight Friday and possibly into Saturday morning,
before more stable conditions and northerly winds build by Sunday.
A northwest swell around 4 to 6 ft at 10 seconds tonight and Friday
will likely build to 5 to 7 ft on Sunday.
