...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT SOUTHEASTERN DONIPHAN...EAST
CENTRAL ATCHISON...BUCHANAN...WEST CENTRAL CLINTON...NORTHERN PLATTE
AND SOUTHERN ANDREW COUNTIES THROUGH 915 AM CDT...

At 851 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Rushville, or 8 miles south of Elwood, moving northeast at 25 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and half inch hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
St. Joseph, Atchison, Agency, Rushville, Lewis And Clark Village,
Easton, De Kalb, Faucett, and Lewis And Clark Vi.

This includes the following highways...
 Interstate 29 between mile markers 34 and 48.
 Interstate 229 between mile markers 0 and 4.
