Surface observations and webcams indicate areas of drizzle and fog
have developed in much of east-central Kansas and west-central
Missouri. Low visibility, at times a quarter mile or less, should
continue for much of the morning. If driving, slow down, use low-
beam headlights, and maintain extra distance from other vehicles.
