...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT NORTHERN ADAIR...SOUTHEASTERN
PUTNAM AND SOUTHERN SCHUYLER COUNTIES THROUGH 200 AM CDT...

At 129 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 7
miles northwest of Novinger, or 13 miles northwest of Kirksville,
moving east at 45 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and half inch hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Kirksville, Queen City, Novinger, Greentop, Brashear, and
Worthington.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm and may lead to
localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
