CALDWELL AND SOUTHEASTERN DEKALB COUNTIES THROUGH 115 PM CDT...

At 1238 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from near Gower to Holt to near Excelsior Springs.
Movement was northeast at 20 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
Excelsior Springs, Kearney, Lawson, Plattsburg, Lathrop, Gower, Holt,
Osborn, Crystal Lakes, Excelsior Estates, Woods Heights, Rayville,
Mosby, Homestead, Turney, Prathersville, Elmira, and Knoxville.

This includes Interstate 35 in Missouri between mile markers 25 and
50.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with these storms and may lead
to localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
