...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT SOUTHEASTERN RANDOLPH...
NORTHEASTERN PETTIS...HOWARD...SOUTHEASTERN SALINE AND NORTHERN
COOPER COUNTIES THROUGH 730 PM CDT...

At 624 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 8
miles south of Marshall, moving northeast at 20 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and half inch hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Boonville, Fayette, New Franklin, Higbee, Clark, Nelson, Renick,
Blackwater, Franklin, Arrow Rock, and Lamine.

This includes Interstate 70 in Missouri between mile markers 75 and
109, and between mile markers 113 and 114.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm and may lead to
localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
