The probability for widespread hazardous weather is low. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Monday through Saturday. The probability for widespread hazardous weather is low. .KEY MESSAGES... - Unseasonably warm conditions continue across the area. Some clouds across the northern parts of MO may make the heat a little more bearable. Highs in the 90s persist with heat index values near 100 (north) to 105 (south). - Chances for showers and storms return late tonight into sunrise Monday across eastern KS and far western MO. Storms are likely to dissipate before making it much past the I-35 corridor. - More storms are expected to form Monday (mainly afternoon) with rain chances continuing through the day Tuesday. There remain many uncertainties due to the heavy conditional nature of this forecast. $$
