Winds start out north around 10-15 MPH gradually decreasing to 5-10
MPH as the afternoon continues. Wind direction becomes more variable
as winds slow, but should remain generally out of the north until this
evening when they become more easterly. RH values around 50 percent at
ignition time decrease to a minimum of 33 percent late afternoon. 10Hr
fuel moistures reside around 16-20 percent.
