Temperatures are expected to elevate above freezing after 9 AM this
morning. Overnight freeze may result in drier than expected fuels
and slightly less RH through the day. RH values start the period
around 60 percent dipping to around 35 percent by midday. RH is
expected to bottom out around 25-30 percent. Winds remain relatively
light with intermittent gust around 10-15 MPH.
